Modern Ophelia

It's my graduate thesis: Antonio Corradini’s Aesthetic in the Making of Ophelia in Digital Sculpting, made at Savannah College of Art and Design.

The focus of this thesis is to explore how the depiction of drapery can be utilized to enhance the vividness of a character and achieve a more dramatic storytelling in digital sculpting through the example of creating a modern version of Ophelia from Shakespeare’s Hamlet.

Modeled in Zbrush and Maya, rendered by Arnold, water simulated using Bifrost liquid.
